This is a great book with tons of great information. It is a healthy balance between being informative and interesting. As someone who has been in and out of recovery, this book has be a great help!

I bought this book because I have a loved one who has recently started going to 12 steps meetings for their drinking problem. Of course I've heard of AA, but I had no idea what exactly a 12 step program is... I can't say that now. The book is easy to read and very informative.
