Today I would like to discuss a few topics & issues that will be deemed as controversial by many.
The topics are genocide or ethnic cleansing,racism and lack of tolerance for other human beings especially if he/she is of different ancestry.


What comes to your mind when someone mentions the word genocide?
Do you know what genocide is?
If your answer is no, let me give you an example in Hitler or Stalin; both who masterminded genocides of epic proportions resulting the deaths of millions of people. The reason that Jews were segregated from societies they were born and bred in was because of their race; that they're Jewish. Hitler believes that Jews are not humans, and that they do not deserve to be treated humanely nor do they deserve to live.

But let me pop a question: Why do we call ourselves human beings? Because we believe that we are the most intelligent beings on earth and that we will conduct ourselves in a manner where we will not disrespect, hurt or even kill each other. Because we are humane; because we believe that we're able to see through the smog of hate and racial segregation, because we believe that we'll behave in a most humane manner that we label ourselves as Human beings.

So by encouraging this school of thought and perhaps madness of hating another race and provoking violence against them, aren't Hitler and Stalin defeating the purpose of them labelling themselves as Human Beings?
Do they not know that racial diversity and uniqueness is special, and not revolting? Are they not Humans themselves?
Hitler and Stalin's actions proved that they did not deserve to be labelled as humans;But as savages and beasts who tarnished the books of history with mindlessness, copious amounts of hate and sickening and perverted violence.

And when all's said and done, we look back and think : Were these leaders fools or were they bred in such a manner that made them want to be in power and to create a master race? Were they victims of violence themselves at an early age? (answer is yes by the way for both leaders.)

And we all hope and pray for this to never happen again, for these foolish acts to never surface again. That the most evil side of human nature be tamed, maimed and pacified.

But no, it continues to happen. Genocides in Africa, religious wars in the middle east which has been ongoing for decades. The middle east has been plagued by religious wars since medieval times and it seems like the situation there has not changed at all..save for the fact that the wars are now fought behind weapons of cowardice : Guns,cannons,missiles and chemical warfare; Whereas in the past, wars were fought with swords,battle axes,spears, bows and arrows. In the past you can never cut down a man superior in swordplay to you as you have to confront him face to face and take him down in a fair battle but in contrast in modern times you can shoot and kill a man who is superior to you but has not detected your presence. That is why it is often said now that war is a waste of talent, and of lives.
